Order & Shipping FAQ
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the US and USPS International First Class outside of the US unless a shipping upgrade has been purchased.
Please be sure to read item descriptions and any other important information prior to placing your order. Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and we are unable to cancel your order.
Processing estimates (the time it takes to create your order) are as follows:
Sublimation Transfers: 1-5 business days
Digitals: Available to download immediately after payment has cleared
Fabric, Finished Tees & Home Goods: 2-12 business days
Once your items have shipped, IMB has no control over the time it takes to reach you. Estimated shipping times for USPS First Class are approximately 2-5 days within the US. First Class International customers, please allow up to 20 business days after shipment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please double-check your shipping address and info twice to ensure it is correct prior to placing your order, this is the address your package has to be shipped to.
General FAQ
At this time, I do not offer wholesale. I apologize for the inconvenience.
On the very rare occasion that there is an issue regarding your order, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, no exceptions.
Our handmade professionally printed polyester fabrics are made right here in the USA via a dye sublimation process within 1-2 weeks (business days, M-F only) after your order is placed. Unlike others, our fabrics are not ordered in bulk from overseas and resold for extremely low prices. The design is printed on one side only.
Our finished tees and home goods are handmade to order right here in the USA.
Absolutely! Our sublimation transfers, digital downloads, and fabrics are available for personal and small business use. You may use our items to create physical handmade products.
You may NOT resell any of the above in their original form nor are you authorized to sell or share our digital downloads (or any part of them, in any way) including but not limited to digitizing the images for resale as embroidery files.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing these files with anybody or uploading IMB designs to any print on demand sites. Using any of my designs for mass production is not allowed. The file you purchase is licensed only for your use. Should you share it with or sell it to anyone, you are infringing on Ink Meet Bobbin’s terms of use & copyright.
We do not currently have an affiliate program but are working on one, keep checking back! We are looking for people who have a large social media following with high engagement on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook that would be interested in promoting IMB products.
